The Wine List at the Three Chimneys has been recognised as being one of the best in Scotland for many years. It offers a comprehensive selection of wines from around the world, with preference shown towards small producers. The Wine List has been written with good tasting notes and suggestions for matching wine with the delicious local ingredients featured on our Menu at all times, particularly items such as shellfish and game, beef and lamb. Many wines are available by the glass.

The Drinks List offers a comprehensive selection of beers, wines and spirits for our house guests and restaurant customers to enjoy before and after Dinner. Drinks can be served in the Lounge in The House Over-By, or at the table in the Restaurant. We also have lovely outdoor seating for fine days in various areas around the premises. Recently, we took delivery of a unique drinks trolley designed and produced by Diageo’s Special Reserve Brands Group. Skye’s very own Talisker single malt belongs to this Group and takes pride of place on the trolley. Altogether there are some 30 Scottish malts to choose from, of varying strengths and maturity. Cocktails are another in-house speciality.
