The Three Chimneys new owner, Gordon Campbell Gray, is creating a family of Scottish hospitality cousins within his Wee Hotel Company. Each hotel will be based in a beautiful location, have its own unique identity but all will share a strong focus on providing guests with the finest Scottish Food and Drink.
The Three Chimneys Restaurant and The House Over-By has been purchased by Gordon Campbell Gray from Shirley and Eddie Spear, as part of his new Scottish venture, The Wee Hotel Company.

Berlin Film Director Friederike Schlumbom has just completed her portrait of the Makers, Artists and People of Skye, including our Head Chef Scott Davies, Shirley Spear and Diana Mackie along with other personalities and friends from the island. Her film has just premiered on ARTE Television in France and Germany.
