A Very Warm Welcome Awaits You in 2018 at The Three Chimneys
The whole Team has taken some holiday over the recent period of closure, but everyone is making their way back to Skye to prepare for re-opening. Head Chef Scott Davies and Charlotte, our Sommelier, Assistant Restaurant Manager and now, his new wife, have celebrated their recent Skye wedding with a honeymoon in Canada. Scott will be introducing new menus and no doubt full of inspiration for making the most of all he can source locally from Skye at this time of year. Seafood is of top quality during the cold winter months, so we can expect the best. And that may be just for starters! Petri Pentikainen, our Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager, will be expanding the Wine List over the coming months to reflect Scott's fabulous food and during the afternoons in the coming weeks, he will host more of his popular wine tastings for guests staying with us in The House Over-By.
We have cleaned, repaired, decorated and and refreshed throughout the buildings and cannot wait to see the lights shining with renewed sparkle in Colbost very soon.
