The Three Chimneys welcomes its new Restaurant Manager - James Alexander-Thom


Charlotte, as you may have seen on our website News page and social media pages, has had a very successful year, winning a number of accolades which have contributed to her career development considerably.  She is also pursuing further wine qualifications and doing extremely well.

Sylwia joined our restaurant team three years ago at almost the same time as Charlotte and has won the hearts of many of our guests since then with her cheerfulness, enthusiasm and friendly, but always professional approach to her role.  She has done a great deal to help train and develop the team here, some of whom are new this year, but others have been with us for much longer and very much enjoying the part they play in making every customer’s experience a memorable one.

Chef Scott’s kitchen brigade goes from strength to strength and the food created and served from their stoves is the best it has ever been, using more local ingredients than ever before and increasingly, more wild food foraged from the seashore and woodlands which are all part of our natural landscape. We will be posting photographs of some of the newest dishes in their repertoire on the website and our social media pages to tempt you!
