Welcome back

12.06.2020

Dear Friends and Guests

I am delighted to say that we now feel that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and we are optimistically hoping that we will be re-opening our doors and welcoming guests back to The Three Chimneys on the 30th July.

First and foremost will of course be the safety and health of our staff and our guests and you can be assured that we will be complying with all government requirements, regulations and standards as well as adding a few of our own.

We will be publishing a full list of measures which we will be putting in place once we have a clearer understanding of the guidelines when they are issued by the Scottish Government, and these will be highlighted on our website and sent to all guests when making a booking.

One thing is very clear. Our core values relating to quality and standards will be as before. Our relationship with our local suppliers are precisely as they were and there will be no compromises when it comes to quality and continuing to serve the finest local produce.

The lockdown period has given us a great opportunity to step back and re-visit the restaurant and hotel and make sure we are doing everything we can to make our guests’ visits exceptional. Our chefs and housekeepers and their teams are raring to go and there will be no compromise when it comes to quality and new ideas. Although I think it would be impossible for our oysters and langoustines to be any fresher!

The team is so excited at the prospect of re-opening and we simply cannot wait for the first guests to arrive. We greatly value your loyalty and support.

Petri, Sarah, the entire team and I hope we can welcome you back soon.

The welcome on the mat is going to be HUGE.

Warmest wishes,
Gordon

PS. I am excited at the thought of you coming back and I hope you are too. I want you to feel safe, secure and welcome - oh so welcome. I want you to enjoy the wonderful fresh produce from our equally wonderful local suppliers. I want you to enjoy the amazing views over the Sea and I want you to enjoy a beautiful walk and the wonderful fresh air.
