Winter Retreats are based on 2 people sharing a Double or Twin Junior Suite and dining each evening in the Restaurant.

Winter Retreats include VAT, full Scottish breakfast and dinner for two from the main Dinner Menu. We also serve a complimentary tea tray with home baking each afternoon of your stay with us, plus the opportunity to join in with a tutored Wine Tasting organised especially for our guests. A supplement applies for the Skye, Land and Sea Tasting Menu or an evening at the Kitchen Table.

We are bringing our 2019 season to a resounding close with an enhanced two night Final Fling...celebrating with The Three Chimneys experience in full swing.

Arrive in time for home-baking with tea or coffee on the Friday afternoon and the option of A La Carte Dinner or The Skye, Land and Sea Tasting Menu on either evening of your visit.

After Breakfast on Saturday morning there will be a special Kitchen Workshop with Head Chef Scott Davies and his brigade in our main kitchen. This will be an opportunity to be hands on and learn many of the culinary tricks of the trade in a sociable and supportive environment.

In addition to the Kitchen workshop you will have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting world of Scottish Single Malt Whisky with a curated Tasting by Mark Thomson, Brand Ambassador for the Glenfiddich Distillery. He will be sharing several of their outstanding new flavour experiments and classic expressions.

After a communal Lunch of all the dishes you have cooked, we head back over to the calm and comfort of The House Over-By. There will be time to relax before another sumptuous Dinner in the Restaurant, followed by a leisurely breakfast the next morning.
