Cairn O’ Mohr was founded by Ron and Judith Gillies. From their orchards in The Carse of Gowrie, Perthshire they cultivate a delicious range of soft fruits and berries to produce Fruit Wines, Ciders and Sparklers. Their wines are used extensively in our Kitchen for stock and sauce preparation but also served as popular aperitifs and on our Wine selections.Producer Story

The lush fruit burst of Highland blueberries. The bittersweet orange intensity of our marmalade and the floral character of foraged rosehip so abundant on the island.
We serve Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2013 as our house Sparkling Wine pour at The Three Chimneys. Master of Wine, Laura Rhys has visited us on Skye to give a wine tasting training of the full Gusbourne range to our team and she also hosted a Gusbourne Christmas Special for our Final Fling last year..
The Isle fo Harris Distillery are delighted to have their award-winning Isle of Harris Gin being served at The Three Chimneys. Our shared values of quality, connection and emphasis on island provenance make this an ideal partnership. Their delicious Sugar Kelp infused Gin works particularly well alongside the delicious, fresh seafood served on The Three Chimneys seasonal menus.
