Our Head Chef, Scott Davies and his kitchen brigade honour the thirty-five year ethos of The Three Chimneys Restaurant by making the absolute most of the rich natural bounty which Skye, Land and Sea have to offer. Our approach is to allow some of the world's freshest and most beautiful ingredients to take centre stage but all of them lovingly curated with the finest techniques of ancient Nordic and haute Scottish cuisine. Chef Scott often finds himself inspired by one element of a dish and then creates a subtle culinary narrative around it...when you come to dine with us, why not see if you can read the stories on our plates?
The Restaurant brigade is led by Restaurant Manager Kenneth Allan, supported by Assistant Restaurant Manager Sylwia Radzio and his of team of Sommeliers, Chef de Rangs and Commis Waiters.
Opening Times. The Restaurant is open every day, excluding our annual period of closure from mid-December to mid-January.
Dinner is served from 6 pm with last orders taken at 9 pm.
Our Kitchen Table serves the Skye, Land and Sea Tasting Menu every evening at 7pm. On weekends it is also available as a shared table at 12.45pm.
