Head Chef, Scott Davies and his kitchen brigade create dishes which reflect Skye and Scotland’s wealth of ingredients, as well as our country's exceptional culinary heritage and ancient Nordic connections. Restaurant Manager, James Alexander-Thom, supported by Head Sommelier, Charlotte Davies and Assistant Restaurant Manager, Sylwia Radzio, together with our whole front-of-house team are here to welcome you and guide you through the menus. We have an excellent wine and bar list and are very happy to suggest wines to match your choice of food. Indeed we have carefully selected Wine Flights to match the Lunch and Dinner Tasting Menus.
The Three Chimneys has received a great deal of international acclaim over three decades, winning a host of awards and top accolades. We have held 3 AA red rosettes continuously for 18 years, plus prestigious AA awards for our notable wine list and outstanding customer service. We were honoured to be The Good Food Guide 2018 Editor's Choice for UK RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR and to win the 2018 AA Food Service for the finest restaurant service in the United Kingdom.
Our menus reflect the amazing variety of the island's natural larder, allowing us to authentically serve you the absolute best of Skye, Land and Sea. The exceptional quality, true provenance and seasonal freshness of these local ingredients, is paramount to our business ethos. You can read about some of them on our Suppliers page.
Opening Times. The Restaurant is open every day, excluding our annual period of closure from mid-December to mid-January.
Lunch is served 7 days each week, from 12.00pm with last orders taken at 1.45pm. We currently serve Lunch for 7 days each week until Wednesday 31st October.
Dinner is served from 6.00pm with last orders taken at 9.15pm. We serve Dinner every evening, until we close for our annual holiday and period of refurbishment on Sunday 16th December 2018. We reopen once more, on Friday, 18th January 2019.
Our Kitchen Table serves the Skye Land and Sea Tasting Menu every evening and is also available for Lunch reservations on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note: If you Book A Room to stay overnight with us, a table is automatically allocated for you to dine in the Restaurant in the evening.
Our Special Winter Dinner Bed and Breakfast, all-inclusive Offers, begin on Friday 26th October 2018 until the end of March 2019, except for our annual period of closure between mid-December and mid-January. Special Offers
