Our kitchen brigade create delicious dishes from seasonal ingredients and use the wide variety of local ingredients available to them every day. The choice of dishes is constantly evolving. All Menus are served with a selection of home-baked breads and flavoured butters. Canapes are served with pre-Dinner drinks in the evening. We have a great Wine List and also serve a wide choice of Drinks including great Tea and Coffee with our own petit fours.
The Isle of Skye's authentic, natural larder from land and sea is of exceptional quality. The true provenance and freshness of the local ingredients we use daily, is paramount to our business ethos and reflect our superb location.

We really appreciate advance notice through our Reception Team at the point of booking. We make every effort to provide exciting choices for Vegetarians and other dietary preferences. The Vegetarian Dinner Tasting Menu is priced at £88 per person. We are also ready to help and advise with food allergies and intolerances.
We have an excellent Wine List and are happy to recommend vintages to match your Menu choices. We also serve an inspiring and at times, surprising Wine Pairings.
